  • Care about accuracy and data quality, and have worked with large data sets and complex business processes.
  • Have advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Would set you apart: experience with Workday reporting, Prism, Discovery Boards, dashboards or other HR analytics platforms.
  • Would set you apart: experience with workforce data, worker history, trended data, organisational data, compensation, talent or HR operations reporting.
  • Would set you apart: experience building scalable reporting solutions instead of one-off manual outputs.
  • Would set you apart: knowledge of data governance, reporting controls, security and downstream data effects.
  • The company welcomes applicants who do not meet every requirement and encourages you to apply if your skills fit the role.
