Description

The company is building out its identity management platform and wants a lead to help shape it. The team is part of a large financial services group and treats digital change as core to how it works.

The role sits in the identity governance and administration team, working with product owners, tech leads, designers, engineers and delivery staff to improve the identity management platform. A key part is keeping the identity governance platforms compliant with the information security standards and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Work with product owners to understand needs and write feature stories, and with tech leads to shape the technical design, so you understand the system end to end and can deliver solid solutions with business impact.
  • Build identity management features with hands-on implementation work.
  • Take on complex problems where you must weigh intangible factors as well as data.
  • Work with operations support and QA to triage defects and run root cause analyses, then drive the changes needed to fix complex technical and process problems.
  • Work with the BISO, engineering and architecture to keep improving the identity management platform and solving identity challenges.
  • Make sure product security and code integrity hold across the product lifecycle, and fold new security features and updates into existing products.
  • Stay on top of emerging identity technologies, advise colleagues, coach team members, and build learning and experimentation into daily work.

Requirements

  • Three to 5+ years of developer experience with SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) V8.4 or later, including deep knowledge of workflows, forms, application onboarding, and APIs and plugins.
  • Exposure to or experience with PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (P1AIC) or ForgeRock Identity Cloud.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or experience in an identity security field.
  • Knowledge of security identity architectures and frameworks, and of privileged access management.
  • Experience with audit and compliance work, and the ability to handle PCI, SOX and federal regulatory requirements and remediation plans.
  • Ability to mentor others with little guidance, and to draw on varied ideas and perspectives for the organization's benefit.
  • Experience with agile development methods.
  • Understanding of the business tools, concepts and processes needed to make sound decisions in the company's context.
  • A habit of learning new skills and knowledge on your own initiative by taking on challenges.
  • Strong problem solving, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Working knowledge of SailPoint IIQ or IDN, or identity cloud platforms.
  • Understanding of AWS, Azure or GCP cloud computing.

Conditions

Preferred, not required: CISSP, CCSP, or Identity Management Institute certification.

The salary range for this role is $133,600.00 to $220,400.00. Final pay within that range depends on factors such as location, candidate experience and skills. The range is published as state law requires for applicable locations.

Equal opportunity employer.

Benefits

  • Market-competitive base salary, with a yearly bonus opportunity at every level.
  • Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off (PTO), and leave such as parental and military leave.
  • 401(k) plan with a company match of up to 4%.
  • Company-funded pension plan.
  • Wellness reimbursement of up to $1,600 a year for items that support personal wellbeing.
  • Work and life resources covering parenting, housing, senior care, finances, pets, legal matters, education, emotional and mental health, and career development.
  • Education benefit that helps finance traditional college enrollment toward an approved degree and many accredited certificate programs.
  • Employee stock purchase plan: shares bought at 85% of the lower of the price at the start or end of the purchase period.
  • Eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program, where any award depends on individual and organizational performance and the program's rules. Some benefits may not apply to part-time employees scheduled for fewer than 20 hours a week.
