Description

The company is a global leader in materials science and engineering, and its equipment is used to make almost every new semiconductor chip and advanced display.

Its equipment is central to AI and to bringing next-generation chips to market.

This role runs day-to-day execution of the AMNA Field New College Graduate (NCG) Program, covering hiring, onboarding, training assignments and the full life of each Winter and Summer cohort.

Before each cohort starts, you set goals for each area and complete preparatory work such as headcount forecasting, requisition planning, aligning onboarding dates and resource planning.

You set clear next steps, track the program consistently and define the support partner functions must provide.

The role has no formal supervisory duties. You may guide program administrative staff, interns or peer coordinators, and represent the program in cross-functional forums.

Responsibilities

  • Plan cohort hiring, onboarding and training milestones against set requirements, watching program cost, resource use and deadlines.
  • Record every phase of the NCG Program in the AMNA FSO NCG Master Tracker and pass required information to HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Global Mobility and Global Training.
  • Make sure program budget and resources are used effectively, supporting FY headcount and budget forecast reconciliation and QRAM submissions.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition, HR, account points of contact, Global Mobility, Global Training and Finance to raise productivity and deliver the program.
  • Lead improvements to program logistics, onboarding and relocation workflows, then build new processes into standard operations and share them with other teams.
  • Drive CE proficiency, certification and TDCL adoption across AMNA by setting reporting rhythms, tracking onboarding and certification progress, running stakeholder reviews, engaging managers and reporting on training completion, onboarding readiness and workforce capability. Support regional targets for time-to-contribution, time-to-proficiency and long-term workforce readiness.
  • You may be asked to support the Strategic Programs Office (SPO) and AMNA leadership on KPI targets and continuous improvement, including monthly executive readouts and program newsletters.
  • Follow company policies on confidentiality, data privacy and safety.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of program or project coordination practices, tools and templates.
  • Familiarity with Workday, TDCL/MyCert and QRAM, which organize cohort data and align the program with hiring and retention goals.
  • Strong understanding of CE onboarding, certification, proficiency development and TDCL processes, including adoption measurement, training visibility, onboarding checklists, certification compliance and workforce readiness tracking.
  • Developing understanding of program metrics such as headcount forecast accuracy, cohort fill rate, onboarding readiness and training pipeline status.
  • General business knowledge to see how the program supports field hiring, ramp and retention. Analyze gaps between program forecasts and Finance's budget and headcount view, and explain them clearly to sponsors and account stakeholders.
  • Understand how TDCL adoption, certification and CE proficiency support workforce scaling, retention and shorter time-to-contribution.
  • Solve moderate-complexity problems using existing procedures and sound judgment, and escalate to sponsors or functional leads when needed.
  • Turn leadership direction into clear cohort goals and actionable plans.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, account teams, HR and TA partners, and leadership. Ask clarifying questions, check understanding and build trust across organizational boundaries to keep timelines moving.
  • The role may require standing for long periods, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, distinguishing colors, working in noisy environments, and using hand and power tools.
  • Because the role may support onsite onboarding-week activities, occasional standing, walking and help with event logistics may be required.
