NCG - Customer Qualification Engineer - 2280

Description

You will join the Customer Technical Support team and spend much of your time on Joint Qualification testing.

The role suits someone with basic knowledge of computer hardware and software, who can keep assigned tasks moving in an ongoing qualification process.

The company is the U.S. subsidiary of a worldwide maker of flash memory and solid state drives. Its flash memory goes into smartphones, PCs, SSDs, automotive systems and data centers.

Responsibilities

• Help run Joint Qualification SSD tests.
• Record the test process and propose improvements.
• Collect and check test results and logs.
• Review tests and automate them where it makes sense.

Requirements

• You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering.
• You understand the basics of storage technologies.
• You are comfortable with Python, Java or shell scripting.
• You communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• Linux software knowledge is a plus.

Conditions

The expected salary is between $92,490.00 and $154,140.00.
