Middle Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The company runs internal projects that improve how its business works, from gathering requirements to delivering solutions and rolling out new processes.

The role sits between business stakeholders and technical teams, and covers planning, risk control, change management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Take a project from initial requirements gathering through solution delivery and process rollout.
• Run user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to find needs, test assumptions and turn them into project requirements.
• Connect business stakeholders with technical teams so everyone stays clear and aligned at each stage.
• Spot risks, issues and dependencies early and put clear mitigation plans in place.
• Lead the rollout of new products, tools or processes into existing business workflows.
• Drive change management, adjusting quickly as requirements, priorities and business needs shift, and keep teams aligned and delivery on track.
• Track project performance and KPIs to make sure delivery supports business outcomes.
• Gather and analyze data to inform decisions and back up proposed solutions.
• Write and present progress reports and updates for stakeholders and senior management.
• Look for process improvements and efficiency gaps across teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Hands-on work in business process analysis, optimization or product workflow development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with both business and technical audiences.
• A data-driven approach to decisions.
• Experience working with AI, or bringing AI into products or business processes.
• Strong organizational and delivery skills, with the flexibility to handle changing requirements.
• English at B2 level or above.

Conditions

Contract role, fully remote.
