Middle Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

This role runs internal projects from first requirements through to delivery and the rollout of new processes.

The work sits between business stakeholders and technical teams, from early discovery to change management.

Responsibilities

• Run internal projects end to end, from gathering requirements to delivering solutions and putting processes in place.
• Interview users and stakeholders to uncover needs, test assumptions, and turn findings into project requirements.
• Connect business and technical teams so everyone stays clear and aligned at each stage.
• Spot risks, issues, and dependencies early and plan how to handle them.
• Drive the rollout of new products, tools, or processes into current business workflows.
• Lead change management, adjusting quickly as requirements, priorities, and business needs shift while keeping teams aligned.
• Track project performance and KPIs to keep delivery tied to business outcomes.
• Gather and analyze data that informs decisions and proposed solutions.
• Write and present progress updates for stakeholders and senior management.
• Look for process improvements and efficiency gaps across teams.

Requirements

• You have 3+ years of project management experience.
• You have hands-on experience with business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development.
• You communicate well and manage stakeholders across business and technical audiences.
• You make decisions based on data.
• You have worked with AI or built it into products or business processes.
• You stay organized and deliver well, and you adapt when requirements change.
• You speak English at B2 level or higher.

Conditions

This is a fully remote contract role.
