Description

The company is an applied AI lab building a platform that runs self-improving agents for enterprise businesses.

The work covers memory, runtime, integrations, and the product experience, with the aim of making agents useful, reliable, and governable in real settings.

This role shapes the product direction and turns customer needs, technical capabilities, and research findings into products people can depend on. You will work with engineering, design, and customer-facing colleagues across the agent experience, from problem discovery through shipping improvements.

The company is looking for a product thinker who is native to AI and has already built AI products.

Responsibilities

  • Run product discovery with customers and internal teams to find high-value problems and workflows.
  • Set product direction, requirements, and priorities, weighing user value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Work with engineering and design to prototype, build, launch, and refine AI-powered product experiences.
  • Use customer feedback, product data, and evaluation results to judge quality and decide what to iterate on.
  • Explain product decisions clearly and keep teams aligned from early exploration through delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience as a product manager or product builder on AI products, including an understanding of how AI changes product design and user workflows.
  • Sound product judgment and the ability to turn unclear problems into focused, testable plans.
  • Ability to work closely with engineers and designers on technical products and make tradeoffs.
  • A user-centered, iterative way of working across discovery, prototyping, and measuring results.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, a sense of ownership, and comfort in a fast-moving environment.
