Member of Business Staff - Deployment Strategist

Description

The company is an applied AI lab building a platform that runs self-improving agents for enterprise businesses. The team works on memory, runtime, integrations and the product experience, aiming to make agents useful, dependable and controllable in real settings.

This role turns promising customer use cases into practical deployments that can be measured. You will link customer problems to what the product can do, help set up and check workflows, and feed what you learn back to the company's team.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery into a customer's processes, systems, goals and limits.
• Find workflows that suit agent-based automation.
• Organise the setup of context, tools and integrations with the customer and company teams.
• Set success measures and check results against representative tasks.
• Guide testing, rollout, collection of user feedback and adoption.
• Write down deployment patterns that can be reused, and flag product gaps and risks.

Requirements

• You have a record of tackling unclear, high-stakes problems in a fast-moving analytical setting such as strategy, finance, operations or another rigorous, deadline-driven field.
• You break messy customer problems into a clear plan and adjust that plan when conditions change.
• You judge a business situation quickly and can reason about where value comes from and what will really matter.
• You manage projects and stakeholders well and can guide business leaders and technical teams to a decision.
• You are comfortable picking up new software, APIs and enterprise workflows.
• Experience with AI products, automation or enterprise integrations is a plus.
