Description

You will plan and run demand generation campaigns that feed the German sales team's pipeline, aimed at mid-sized and large enterprises in Germany.

Your performance is judged on outcomes: qualified leads that become sales opportunities, backed by clear numbers.

The company is a European leader in customer experience and digital transformation. It builds technology and digital solutions for major international brands, from strategy through to implementation, and has around 2,200 employees across 12 countries.

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch and scale B2B campaigns across email and LinkedIn paid media to create leads and win new clients in Germany.
  • Choose priority target accounts with Sales and run account-based marketing (ABM) through campaigns, tailored outreach and executive events aimed at decision-makers.
  • Own the German event programme end to end, including executive roundtables, prospect and client dinners and webinars. For in-person events, find venues, manage logistics, negotiate with suppliers and run the day.
  • Measure ROI, cost per lead, conversion rates and the impact of events on pipeline, and use those findings to advise on where budget should go.
  • Agree shared MQL and SQL tracking with Sales and send regular written reports on revenue contribution and anything blocking progress.
  • Plan and host joint lead-generation events and co-branded campaigns, such as webinars or roundtables, with strategic technology partners, including agreeing the budget split.
  • Work with Sales, the German leadership team and Global Marketing Operations to set regional priorities, investment plans and pipeline goals.
  • Create and refine content that converts visitors into leads, including landing pages, event registration pages and paid social assets, in German and English.

Requirements

  • Business-level German and strong professional English, as most audiences, partners and colleagues in Germany expect to communicate in German.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Ideally, your background is in a digital agency, consultancy or technology company that sells to enterprise clients.
  • A record of running demand generation or ABM programmes and linking them to pipeline and revenue.
  • Hands-on experience organising events in Germany, from webinars to small executive dinners.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools, such as Microsoft Dynamics, and of funnel reporting.

Conditions

Fixed salary plus a performance-based bonus scheme.

Flexible working hours and hybrid working.

Benefits

  • Laptop, mobile phone and mobile phone plan provided.
  • Company pension scheme and employee discounts at many brands.
  • A wide range of training and certification options, plus individual career development.
  • Digital projects, tech talks and AI community sessions where knowledge is shared.
  • Room to take ownership, bring your own ideas and help develop sales activities.
  • Collaboration with colleagues across countries, departments and service lines.
