Description

The company is scaling enterprise AI, and the Enterprise Partner Marketing team takes its products to market through OEM partners.

The role sits between OEM and channel work. You will run a portfolio of more than 30 events for VP and C-suite audiences across industry verticals, enable channel partners, and make sure co-marketing spend produces measurable pipeline.

The job carries significant budget ownership and works with sales, product, marketing and partner teams.

Responsibilities

  • Set the marketing strategy for the company and partner programs in North America and channel programs worldwide, covering planning, budget, execution and measurement.
  • Oversee more than 30 executive events across verticals, including coordinating speakers, judging return on investment, and tracking pipeline after each event.
  • Run MDF planning and delivery: review partner proposals, approve activities, and confirm proof of execution.
  • Check partner activity for brand and product compliance so the company solutions are described accurately.
  • Create co-branded content and integrated campaigns with campaign marketing, product marketing and business unit teams.
  • Run breadth-channel campaigns for internal enablement, partners and end customers, reaching VARs beyond the named Strategic Partner list.
  • Work with sales, creative teams and third-party vendors to launch joint solutions and build demand for them.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in channel, partner or technology go-to-market marketing, including co-marketing programs and MDF.
  • Experience planning executive-audience events and measuring their return and pipeline impact.
  • Working knowledge of the company's GPU, networking and software portfolio, enough to judge partner proposals.
  • A record of earning trust from partners, field teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Optional: knowledge of enterprise AI use cases and buying patterns in Healthcare, FSI, Manufacturing, SLED, Oil & Gas and Retail.
  • Optional: experience with lead nurture workflows, campaign integration and metrics tracking.
  • Optional: experience with event marketing at industry tradeshows and regional events, both virtual and in person.
  • Optional: familiarity with MDF eligibility, pre-approval, proof of execution and reimbursement processes.
  • Optional: experience with distributor marketing and breadth-channel activation, reaching non-named VARs through partner portals and co-branded field assets.
