Description

You will join the Marketing Analytics team at a global gaming company with teams around the world, working on data that shapes how its marketing campaigns are optimized.

The team collects, organizes and analyzes data to produce insights that lead to action, including how campaigns affect engagement, conversion and retention.

From day one you will attend a welcome session, and your manager and team will support you closely, followed by a Teams group for interns and apprentices.

Once you are working independently, you will take on varied tasks on real projects.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and build statistical models and reports to find trends and opportunities across channels, audience segments and player segments.
  • Explore a range of different data sources.
  • Build and share data and insights using SQL, Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Turn business questions from stakeholders into analytics projects.
  • Help design and maintain data collection and analytics solutions, such as dashboards and marketing KPI reports.
  • Assess how marketing initiatives perform.
  • Present campaign results to stakeholders and help them make optimization decisions.

Requirements

  • You are studying toward a degree in data, computer science or engineering.
  • You can communicate in English with international stakeholders, both in speech and in writing.
  • You have experience with SQL, Python and Power BI or another data visualization tool.
  • You can analyze raw data, reach conclusions and present them clearly and persuasively.
  • You have strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Experience with Databricks is a plus.
  • Gaming experience and industry knowledge are a plus.

Conditions

This is a 6-month internship starting in March 2026.

The recruitment process starts with a phone call from a member of the Campus Team to confirm the role fits your profile and your goals.

The final step is an interview with your future manager, held on site or on Teams.

The company offers equal job opportunities to everyone, regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, social status, disability or age.

Benefits

  • An internship allowance based on your level of study.
  • A Swile meal voucher card, a 50% refund on your travel pass and 1 day off per month.
  • Discounts on concert and show tickets and access to the company gym at a preferential price.
