Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of marketing content, including social media posts, blogs, presentations, customer stories, videos, and promotional materials.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including website and SharePoint content updates.
• Help plan and execute industry events, trade shows, customer engagements, sponsorship activations, and internal marketing programs.
• Coordinate event logistics, attendee communications, promotional assets, and post-event reporting.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to support content development and strategic initiatives.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items across multiple marketing programs.
• Support development of executive presentations, reports, and marketing performance summaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, engineering, communications, and business leadership.

Requirements

• Required
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and willingness to learn.
• Preferred
• Experience creating content for social media, websites, or digital marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing, or graphic design tools.
• Interest in technology, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, networking, or digital infrastructure.
• Experience with project management or collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Wrike, or similar tools.
