Description

The team sits within the Transplant Diagnostics Division (One Lambda) and focuses on antibody detection products used in transplant and clinical diagnostics.

The role owns growth and adoption for this portfolio: finding untapped segments, setting expansion strategies, and building adoption frameworks that can scale across regions.

You will turn complex scientific and clinical value into market stories and campaigns that generate measurable demand.

You will work across Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR/MAVE and regional teams to set evidence needs, plan clinical education and build region-ready activation playbooks.

You will write persuasive content for digital, video, email and sales enablement, keeping non-promotional clinical education compliant.

You will run integrated campaigns from strategy through execution, measure results and adjust them to hit revenue targets.

The work supports faster adoption of diagnostic technology that can improve transplant patient outcomes worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Identify untapped market segments and define expansion strategies for the antibody detection portfolio.
  • Build evidence-based adoption frameworks that scale across regions.
  • Develop market narratives and launch campaigns that convert clinical and scientific value into demand generation programs.

  • Produce persuasive content across digital, video, email and sales enablement channels.

  • Run integrated campaigns from strategy to execution, measure performance and optimise toward revenue targets.

Requirements

  • An advanced degree plus 6 years, or a bachelor's degree plus 8 years, of product marketing experience in antibody detection, IVD, protein biomarkers or clinical diagnostics.
  • Preferred fields of study: life sciences, cell biology, immunology, marketing or a related field.
  • Strong market creation skills, including segmentation, long-range planning and sizing markets to find growth segments.
  • Proven record of mapping barriers to adoption and setting strategies to overcome them in clinical and diagnostic markets.
  • Experience working with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR or clinical teams on evidence roadmaps and clinical validation.
  • Skilled at building scalable frameworks and activation playbooks for varied regulatory environments.
  • Track record of global product launches and campaigns, from planning through sales enablement handoff.
  • Strong storytelling and content creation across long-form, short-form, digital, video and email.
  • Solid grasp of customer journey marketing and integrated demand generation tied to revenue goals.
  • Ability to write compliant, non-promotional clinical education and market-conditioning content.
  • Preferred: experience with antibody detection technologies (Luminex, flow cytometry, ELISA) and transplant diagnostics (HLA, histocompatibility).
  • Analytical skill in reading scientific and technology trends and spotting competitive opportunities.
  • Ability to turn complex scientific and clinical concepts into commercial value propositions.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration in matrixed global organisations.
  • Advanced skill with digital marketing tools, platforms and emerging techniques such as generative AI and answer engine optimisation.
  • Strong project management and performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for clinical and commercial audiences.
  • Ability to travel up to 25-30% internationally.
  • English proficiency required; other languages are a plus.
