Description

This paid search role sits in the performance media team, under the media function. You turn senior-level digital strategy into daily tactical work and act as the main client lead.

The company's paid search work covers high-profile brands, and the role centres on running campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Help the search director shape campaign strategy, then run search campaigns to match it.
  • Present findings to clients, both virtually and in person, with a clear, engaging narrative.
  • Set expectations, train team members, delegate work and give feedback.
  • Connect search with the other digital channels so the work fits a multi-channel plan.
  • Oversee client reporting and analysis.
  • Work with the search lead to shape campaign strategy and carry out campaigns against it.
  • Handle most day-to-day client contact on insights, reporting and optimisation recommendations, and help develop points of view.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in paid search.
  • Substantial experience with Google, Bing and other search partners.
  • Substantial experience with at least one bidding platform, such as Marin, Kenshoo or SA360.
  • Substantial experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Conditions

Salary range: 90,000-95,000. Where someone is paid in that range depends on factors including current and former pay for the role, market and budget, tenure with the company for current employees, and the candidate's skills, experience and qualifications.

You are expected to work in the office at least three days a week, unless your agency or manager asks for more office days.

Reasonable accommodations are available for people with disabilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

Benefits

  • Total Rewards package including medical and dental cover, 401(k) plans, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability cover, an employee discount programme, an employee stock purchase programme and paid family benefits.
