Lead Product Manager for PHA

Description

This senior role takes on more advanced work across the life of the company's technology products. You will help shape product design, feature development and strategy for one area of a SaaS product.

Your judgement will help make sure the product meets market needs and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Build and keep up detailed roadmaps and timelines.
• Carry out deep market and user research to guide features.
• Write up product requirements and specifications.
• Work with design and engineering to keep the product aligned.
• Track how the product performs and propose improvements.
• Oversee delivery of feature enhancements.
• Run beta tests and collect user feedback.
• Help with launches and the work that follows them.
• Spot product risks and plan ways to limit them.
• Take part in setting strategy and product vision.
• Liaise with regional owners in every region.

Requirements

• Skilled at defining and writing down complex product needs for SaaS delivery.
• Experienced in thorough market research that shapes strategy.
• Able to build and maintain detailed roadmaps.
• Comfortable reading data to decide, and explaining what it means to others.
• Basic grasp of design principles and user experience.
• Able to run tasks and milestones with project management tools.
• Can identify risks and devise ways to reduce them.
• Able to explain technical requirements and constraints clearly.
• Experience using AI in analysis and specification work.
• Able to use AI tools to build clickable examples for customers.
• Solid understanding of agentic agents and how businesses use them.
