  • Build agreement among product, IT, operations, and client teams on end-to-end solution design and requirements.
  • Drive enhancements through the development lifecycle so they meet timeline and cost commitments.
  • Use sound business judgment to identify blockers and problems, and propose practical, high-impact ways to resolve them.
  • Draw on client requests, partner feedback, and market trend analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap.
  • Help adopt AI processes that improve product management and delivery.
  • Define product strategy deliverables and help set the platform strategy.
  • Conduct business and market trend analysis.
  • Manage the requirement definition and solution design processes, and oversee delivery and rollout of enhancements against roadmap metrics.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or information systems is required.
  • At least 15 years of financial services experience, including hands-on product management and development work.
  • A demonstrated track record in product management, business analysis, or relevant operations work within product development initiatives.
  • Proven subject matter expertise in Investment Accounting in at least one of: accounting, security valuation, cash management, or corporate actions and income.
  • Comfort presenting to and working with stakeholders, including clients.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across several organizations to reach shared goals.
  • Organized, with a record of handling multiple tasks in a fast-moving setting.
  • Deep domain expertise, strong business analysis, analytical and problem-solving skills, business and industry knowledge, practical Agile or SDLC experience, teamwork and leadership, an ownership mindset, and strong written and verbal skills.
