Responsibilities

• Hit your depot's sales and profit targets.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through professional design help.
• Look after each customer properly from start to finish of a project.
• Visit homes to measure up and understand what the client needs.
• Negotiate prices with confidence while protecting margin and the integrity of the design.
• Create inspiring yet practical kitchen designs, using your product knowledge to advise customers and answer questions at every stage.

Requirements

• Results driven, with a track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs.
• Able to build trust with trade customers and their clients.
• Clear, confident communicator who can explain ideas simply.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for home visits.
• Careful with detail and good at design.
• CAD skills are preferred but not essential, as training is given.

Conditions

40 hour working week.

No evening, Sunday or bank holiday work.

Based at a depot.
