Description

The Technical Support team links player experiences with the teams building the company's story-driven RPGs. The team assists players, looks into reported problems, and turns player feedback into useful findings for teams across the studio.

As a junior specialist, you will help players fix technical and gameplay problems and pass what you learn from reports to development and other teams. You will speak with players directly, investigate issues, record your findings, spot repeating patterns, and make sure the right people receive the information.

You enjoy games, like helping people, and enjoy working through problems. You do not need every answer yet. Curiosity, a readiness to dig into unfamiliar issues, and persistence in finding workable fixes matter most.

The team values careful work, clear communication, and cooperation. Sharing knowledge, asking questions, and learning from feedback are routine parts of the job.

Responsibilities

  • Reply to player reports with clear, practical troubleshooting steps.
  • Examine technical and gameplay issues using documentation, internal tools, testing, and your own research.
  • Find recurring problems, then categorise, rank, record, and escalate them correctly.
  • Help build and refine troubleshooting solutions, internal knowledge material, and player-facing support content.
  • Work with development, legal, and communications colleagues to share relevant information.
  • Plan your own workload while keeping communication and records accurate.
  • Keep growing your knowledge of the games, platforms, tools, and teams that support them.
  • Apply the company's values through respectful communication, teamwork, and a player-first attitude.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing work, such as customer service, customer support, community support, technical support, or similar roles that involve direct contact with customers or users.
  • Very strong written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical material clearly to different audiences.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, plus curiosity and willingness to look into unfamiliar issues.
  • A real interest in video games and an understanding of how players experience them.
  • Careful attention to detail and the ability to document information clearly and accurately.
  • Readiness to work with others, ask questions when needed, and act on feedback.
  • Solid organisation and the discipline to handle recurring tasks consistently.
  • Basic knowledge of PC hardware, software, and common troubleshooting methods.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, bug-tracking tools, game testing, modding, moderation, or supporting players in gaming communities.
  • Additional languages are useful for supporting international player communities, especially French, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Mandarin Chinese, or languages spoken in Eastern Europe.

Conditions

Based in the Warsaw, Poland office, working on-site in a hybrid or full-time arrangement.

Relocation to Warsaw is required.

Estimated pay range: 5 400 to 7 400 PLN gross per month, with the final offer depending on job-related factors such as experience and qualifications.

Employment contract ("Umowa o pracę").
