You will join the IT System Engineering team in the IT Department, working alongside the IT Support and IT Project Management teams. Based in Paris, you will report to the IT System Engineering Manager and help design, deploy, maintain and keep improving the company's core IT platforms.

The work covers IAM, endpoint and mobile device management, SaaS applications, automation and AI-enabled IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, maintain and keep improving the core IT platform across IAM, endpoint management, enterprise mobility and cross-functional SaaS applications.
• Run and improve Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Intune, macOS and Windows environments so employees get secure, reliable and effective services.
• Build and maintain automated workflows with Okta Workflows, Zapier, Workato or similar platforms to simplify IT processes and improve the employee experience.
• Write, maintain and improve Bash and other scripts that automate IT operations, system administration, monitoring, configuration and user or device lifecycle tasks.
• Work with the IT Support team on escalated cases and cross-team projects, giving technical expertise on identity, endpoints, access, SaaS and device management.
• Own assigned initiatives, contribute to project management, give clear progress updates and track projects and deliverables in Jira.
• Use AI tools and set up MCP servers to support automation, IT operations and the AI at Work initiative.
• Manage the daily operation and ongoing improvement of identity, endpoint, MDM, SaaS and automation platforms.
• Monitor configurations, deployments, software updates, access and security controls across managed environments.
• Investigate complex technical issues, find root causes and build scalable fixes.
• Document systems, workflows, processes and technical decisions clearly.
• Plan, document, communicate with stakeholders and follow through on the projects you own.
• Find and act on practical ways to improve security, performance, reliability and employee experience across the IT platform.

Requirements

• Experience in IT systems engineering, endpoint management, IAM or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in Okta and a solid grasp of IAM concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Jamf, Google Workspace and Slack.
• Experience building and maintaining automated workflows with Okta Workflows, Zapier, Workato or similar platforms.
• Practical knowledge of macOS and Windows environments.
• Proficiency in Bash and scripting, with the ability to automate repetitive admin tasks, integrate systems, troubleshoot issues and keep scripts clear and reusable.
• Proficiency in AI tools for IT operations, automation or productivity.
• Experience setting up MCP servers.
• Ability to contribute to project management and take ownership of initiatives.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating well with others.
• Ability to give clear and regular progress updates on owned projects and initiatives.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Ability to understand and follow clear guidelines and directions.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Nice-to-have: some knowledge of Jira.
• Nice-to-have: experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Nice-to-have: French language skills.
• Nice-to-have: experience contributing to internal AI, automation or digital workplace initiatives.

Conditions

Full-time, permanent position with no direct reports.

Based in Paris and primarily on-site, with some remote work allowed under company policy.
