The company builds a coding agent for enterprise computer automation. Its developer platform writes, tests and maintains automation code on fully managed infrastructure, which the company says cuts development time by 90%.
The company starts with healthcare, where legacy systems make reliable automation difficult.
Responsibilities
You will take full ownership of major parts of the system: the agents that build and repair automations, the platform customers use to deploy and monitor them, and the infrastructure that runs them at scale.
You will work through unclear problems, make sound technical decisions and ship without waiting for a detailed spec.
Reliability is critical. When an automation fails, operations are delayed and patients may not get care.
Improve the agent system, including the workflow builder and maintenance agents that create and fix automations via tool calling over browser automation primitives.
Scale the worker orchestration, job queues and real-time coordination layer from tens of thousands of daily runs to millions.
Build the APIs, SDKs and observability tools customers use to find out why an automation failed and how to fix it.
Ship features across the frontend, backend, database and infrastructure, guided directly by customer feedback.
Set engineering standards and help shape how the team works as it grows.
Requirements
You have at least 2 years of experience shipping and operating production software.
You have owned a system end to end and been the person paged when it broke.
You are comfortable across the full stack and with production cloud infrastructure on AWS.
You have strong product instincts and enjoy talking with customers.
You ship quickly, iterate on feedback and still care about the quality of your work.
Optional: experience with browser automation, LLM agents, distributed systems or healthcare data.
Conditions
Experience required: 2+ years.
Work authorization: open to US citizens and visa holders only.
