Description

The company designs highly personal travel trips, pairing each client with local private guides who help them see the best of each destination.

The team of destination experts works across more than 120 countries and runs several businesses, including private touring, cruises, villas, yachts, expeditions, ultraluxe land travel, private jets, and air.

The company is hiring an intern to help plan and run up to 8 exclusive events for repeat clients in 2027, and to turn event content into marketing across social, email, and paid channels.

The role sits where luxury event production, influencer marketing, client relations, and multi-channel content strategy meet.

The events support the company's loyalty program with small, private experiences for its most valued repeat clients, and the content from them is used to attract other clients.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the CRM team to pick the right repeat clients for each event based on trip history, engagement, and location.
  • Write tailored invitation copy and send personalized outreach to confirmed guest lists.
  • Track RSVPs, handle guest communications, and keep attendance records accurate.
  • Help plan and run logistics from start to finish for up to 8 exclusive client events in 2027.
  • Find and buy custom gifts for attendees that match the company's luxury brand standards.
  • Prepare run-of-show documents, briefing materials, and day-of logistics plans.
  • Find and secure one influencer and one press attendee per event, then manage their outreach, briefing, and attendance.
  • Write content briefs for influencer and press partners covering posting expectations, key messages, and brand guidelines.
  • Organize content capture on site so high-quality photos and video are collected at every event.
  • After each event, check that influencer and press coverage has been published on their channels.
  • Work with the Integrated Marketing team to turn event content into social media, email, and paid campaign assets.
  • Help write post-event stories that make other repeat clients want to attend, presenting the events as exclusive and sought after.
  • Track and report content performance across channels after each event.

Requirements

  • Be currently enrolled in, or have recently completed, a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
  • Have shown interest in or experience with event planning, influencer marketing, or luxury brands.
  • Be highly organized and able to manage several events and workstreams at once.
  • Write clearly and well, with a feel for premium, on-brand copy and messaging.
  • Be comfortable reaching out and managing relationships with influencers, press contacts, and clients.
  • Know social media platforms and content formats, and be able to do basic campaign reporting.
  • Be a proactive self-starter who takes initiative and works well in a fast-paced, creative setting.
  • Passion for luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a strong asset.
