  • Shadow an IT Field Agent on a site setup to see infrastructure deployment first hand.
  • Help with Apple hardware repairs, guided by experienced team members.
  • Start work on low-level engineering tickets.

Requirements

  • A strong interest in IT support, infrastructure or engineering.
  • Basic familiarity with macOS hardware setups.
  • Eagerness to learn and apply concepts in a real setting.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to work with different teams.
  • Comfort with hands-on work, from preparing hardware to joining on-site field visits.

  • Humility: you own your mistakes, share credit and highlight your team's achievements.
