Intern, Business Analyst

Description

You will join the Business Services and Product Management team as a summer 2027 intern, applying what you learn in your studies to real work in a professional business setting.

The internship runs from June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027.

You will work on live business initiatives alongside team members and leaders, build professional skills, and help with projects tied to the company's goal of creating healthier futures.

Responsibilities

• Talk with stakeholders to learn what the business needs and collect requirements.
• Write up requirements in a clear, accurate way.
• Help with user acceptance testing when new functionality is ready.
• Help put new processes in place and improve the intake process.
• Support ongoing work on the company Connect eCommerce platform.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Preferred: rising sophomore, junior, or senior at the time of the internship.
• You must not need sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a habit of spotting issues and looking for workable solutions.
• A clear, analytical approach to judging information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and eager to learn.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated leadership through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or work experience.
• Able to juggle several priorities in a quick-moving environment.
• Well organized, with good time-management habits.
• Open to feedback and willing to adjust in a changing work environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Support ongoing projects, reporting, analysis, or process improvement efforts.
• Take part in team meetings, professional development sessions, and internship program activities.
• Present project results, recommendations, or key takeaways at the end of the internship.

Conditions

Full-time internship.

Hybrid schedule: 2 to 3 days per week onsite.

The internship suits students who are curious, motivated, and keen to learn while making a real impact in a fast-moving, collaborative setting.

You will support the company Connect eCommerce platform by gathering and documenting requirements with stakeholders, supporting user acceptance testing once features are built, and helping with process implementation and intake.
