Description

The company has more than 500M downloads and over 80M monthly users, and it has spent 10 years building its product.

It is ranked the world's number 1 health and fitness app and is focused on better female health. General Atlantic led a $200M investment, and in 2024 the company became the first product of its kind to reach a $1B valuation.

The app has 7M paid subscribers and the top-rated experience in the App Store's health category. The company is now building AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed digital health tools that help users understand their bodies.

This role sits in the Brand team and leads the company's commercial push into perimenopause. The goal is to build category leadership and grow the segment in a competitive market.

You will shape how the company competes in this new category by turning category strategy into campaigns that perform commercially and connect with cultural moments.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run integrated campaigns that build brand equity and commercial growth in perimenopause, from positioning and creative through launch, asset production and performance review.
  • Coordinate Brand, PR and Comms, Creative, Product Marketing, Influencers and Organic Social so every campaign is consistent and reaches its audience.
  • Own the campaign calendar and prioritise high-impact cultural moments, such as Menopause Awareness Month, along with competitor timing.
  • Find new channel and partnership opportunities, such as brand partnerships, category-specific media and podcasts, to grow reach and credibility in the category.
  • Manage campaign budgets and show commercial impact by working with Analytics to track installs and revenue and directing spend to what delivers measurable results.

Requirements

  • 7+ years planning and running multi-channel campaigns for consumer brands or apps, from ideation through launch and performance review.
  • Experience launching or scaling a commercial product or category push in a competitive market, with a good sense of which cultural moments to activate around.
  • Strong record working across Creative, Product Marketing, Growth, Social Growth, PR and UA, managing creative production, internal and external teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • An analytical approach, with a track record of measuring campaign performance and managing budgets to get efficient, high-impact results.
  • Solid understanding of women's health audiences, ideally including exposure to perimenopause or menopause and its competitors.
  • Experience marketing to women 35+ or to life-stage audiences, such as new parents or midlife consumers, in or outside health and wellness.
  • Background in categories where credibility and trust are critical, such as healthtech, femtech, finance or insurance.
  • Experience in the US market specifically.

Conditions

The team is mission-led and product-driven. It moves fast, stays focused, takes ownership from brief to impact, encourages debate and shares decisions.

People here take their work seriously but not themselves, and the work calls for commitment and resilience because better health outcomes matter.

The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week spent in the office.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with annual reviews and participation in the company's performance incentive scheme.
  • Paid time off, sick leave and female health leave.
  • Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents.
  • Accelerated professional growth through meaningful work and learning support.
  • A fully paid 5-week sabbatical at the 5-year Floversary.
  • Free premium app access for friends and family, plus health, pension and wellbeing perks.
