It has 7M paid subscribers and the top-rated experience in the App Store's health category. The team is now building the next generation of digital health tools that are AI-powered, privacy-first and clinically backed.

One in four women aged 18 to 44 in the US uses the app. Earlier this year it gained 8.6M new installs and 2.8M more users, and it is scaling well beyond that.

The company is hiring Engineering Managers in Vilnius to lead a squad that builds privacy-first, AI-powered health tools for a global audience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of engineers, including hiring, coaching, developing and promoting them
• Set the team's direction and take ownership of its outcomes, while shipping quickly
• Build reliable, scalable and secure systems
• Guide architecture decisions and remove blockers to delivery
• Drive quality, speed and autonomy within engineering
• Work with other disciplines to turn product ideas into working features

Requirements

• 6+ years of coding in Scala, Java, Kotlin or Objective-C/Swift
• Experience building distributed systems at scale
• 4+ years of managing engineers and leading teams
• A proven record of hiring, mentoring and building inclusive teams
• A deep grasp of software engineering best practices and agile delivery
• A strong product mindset, with focus on the user as much as the technology
• Exposure to ML or data-driven products
• Full-stack experience
• Hands-on work with CI/CD and DevOps tooling
• A background in consumer tech or mobile apps
• Know-how in A/B testing

Gross salary of €10,000 to €12,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
