Instructional Designer (French speaker)

Description

You will join the Content Factory team as an Instructional Designer.

The company is a multinational consulting firm that provides engineering support to clients in the industrial, energy, railway, naval, defense and aerospace sectors.

It is part of a larger group.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and learning goals, spotting gaps and areas that can be improved.
• Create courses, modules, guides and manuals using established instructional methods.
• Build interactive and multimedia material such as videos, simulations and assessments, working alongside subject matter experts.
• Apply pedagogical principles and learning technologies, including LMS platforms and authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.

Requirements

• A degree in pedagogy or a related field of instructional design.
• At least 4 years of proven instructional design experience, with a portfolio to show.
• English at C1 level and French at B2 level.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite.

Conditions

Permanent contract.

A flexible and intensive schedule running from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Based in the Seville office with hybrid working, or working 100% remotely from any location.
