Description

The company is an AI-first global tech firm with more than 25 years of engineering leadership, 2,000+ team members and 500+ active projects for Fortune 500 clients, including HBO, Microsoft, Google and Starbucks.

It works on everything from AI platforms to digital transformation, partnering with enterprise leaders on what comes next.

The people are ambitious, collaborative and always growing.

The client is a digital agency that designs future-ready experiences, products and capabilities for some of the world's largest enterprises.

Its multidisciplinary design team covers strategy, UX and UI, with a growing focus on LLM-powered interfaces, generative UI (GenUI) and AI-enabled design workflows.

The team works closely with engineers and client teams to turn hard problems into clear, practical direction and work that scales.

Responsibilities

  • Design and prototype experiences that pair solid design fundamentals with LLM-powered and GenUI approaches.
  • Help shape prompts, flows, states and interaction patterns on top of language models so they feel natural, on-brand and useful.
  • Explore conversational, adaptive and system-driven interfaces, testing ideas quickly and refining them based on feedback.
  • Build low and high fidelity prototypes, including interactive and conversational concepts.
  • Support the design of LLM-powered interfaces, including conversational and agent-like experiences.
  • Work with engineers to understand model behaviour and design around its strengths and limits.
  • Turn research into experience opportunities, especially where LLM-powered interfaces can add real value.
  • Support qualitative and quantitative research, using AI-assisted tools to synthesise insight, spot patterns and guide product direction.
  • Apply and extend design systems for GenUI and AI-driven interfaces, keeping them consistent, clear and scalable.
  • Explore how tokens, components and patterns can power adaptive and generative UI.
  • Contribute to workshops that help clients understand emerging AI-powered and GenUI experiences.
  • Work alongside senior designers to turn complex ideas into clear, actionable outcomes.
  • Explain design decisions by linking user needs, business goals and emerging technology.
  • Present work to internal teams and clients through storytelling and visual communication.
  • Keep up with new tools and ways of working, including vibe-driven design and coding, no-code tools and AI-assisted prototyping.
  • Suggest ideas that help grow the AI and design practice.

Requirements

  • The role is for a mid-weight designer with strong digital design foundations and a genuine interest in LLM-powered interfaces and GenUI.
  • You do not need to be an AI expert, but you should be excited about where design is heading.
  • You have strong UX and UI design fundamentals and confidence with modern design tools.
  • You have prototyping and iteration experience, including interactive or conversational work.
  • You have interest in or hands-on exposure to LLM-powered interfaces, conversational UX or GenUI, through client work, internal projects, prototypes or personal exploration.
  • You understand design systems and how they enable scale, especially in AI-driven products.
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate well.
  • You are comfortable working through ambiguity and evolving problems.
  • You are curious, adaptable and keen to keep learning.
  • You pay close attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Coding experience is not required, but curiosity about vibe-driven workflows, no-code tools or AI-assisted build approaches is a definite plus.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate.
