The client is a digital agency that designs future-ready experiences, products and capabilities for some of the world's largest enterprises. Its multidisciplinary design team covers strategy, UX and UI, with a growing focus on LLM-powered interfaces, generative UI (GenUI) and AI-enabled design workflows. The team works closely with engineers and client teams to turn complex problems into clear, practical direction and work that scales.

  • Run qualitative and quantitative research, using AI-assisted tools to synthesize insights, spot patterns and shape product direction.
  • Turn research findings into experience opportunities, especially where LLM-powered interfaces can add real value.
  • Design and prototype user experiences that pair solid design fundamentals with LLM-powered and GenUI approaches.
  • Explore conversational, adaptive and system-driven interfaces, testing ideas fast and iterating on feedback.
  • Build low and high fidelity prototypes, including interactive and conversational concepts.
  • Support the design of LLM-powered interfaces, including conversational and agent-like experiences.
  • Help define prompts, flows, states and interaction patterns built on language models that feel natural, on-brand and useful.
  • Work with engineers to understand model behaviour and design interfaces that suit its strengths and limits.
  • Apply and extend design systems for GenUI and AI-driven interfaces, keeping them consistent, clear and scalable.
  • Explore how tokens, components and patterns can power adaptive and generative UI.
  • Take part in collaborative workshops that help clients understand emerging AI-powered and GenUI experiences.
  • Work alongside senior designers to turn complex ideas into clear, actionable results.
  • Explain design decisions clearly, linking user needs, business goals and new technology.
  • Present work confidently to internal teams and clients using strong storytelling and visual communication.
  • Keep up with new tools, workflows and ways of working, including vibe-driven design and coding, no-code tools and AI-assisted prototyping.
  • Propose ideas that help the company grow its AI and design practice.

Requirements

  • Mid-weight designer with strong digital design fundamentals.
  • Upper-Intermediate English.
  • Strong UX and UI design skills and confidence with modern design tools.
  • Experience prototyping and iterating on ideas, including interactive or conversational experiences.
  • Interest in or hands-on exposure to LLM-powered interfaces, conversational UX or GenUI, gained through client work, internal projects, prototypes or personal exploration.
  • Understanding of design systems and how they help products scale, especially AI-driven ones.
  • Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and problems that keep changing.
  • Curiosity, adaptability and a drive to keep learning.
  • Attention to detail while keeping the bigger picture in view.
  • You do not need to be an AI expert, but you should be enthusiastic about where design is heading.
  • Coding experience is not required. Curiosity about vibe-driven workflows, no-code tools or AI-assisted build approaches is a definite plus.
