IC Development Program Manager

Description

The company is building a Program Management function for its SerDes networking solutions business, following a recent acquisition and during fast growth.

The role leads end-to-end program work across product definition, delivery and customer engagement, and shapes how portfolio, resourcing and execution are governed.

You will sit on the product line leadership team and help keep business strategy, technology roadmaps and customer commitments aligned.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and grow the program management capability for the SerDes networking segment.
• Manage the project portfolio and pipeline so investments, priorities and resources match business strategy and budget.
• Lead program definition, covering market input, product positioning and the make, buy or partner decision.
• Help the product line leadership prepare and defend portfolio decisions.
• Run planning, risk management, budget tracking and milestone control across multi-site, cross-functional teams.
• Produce accurate, consistent internal and external status, risk and corrective action reports.
• Help integrate Aviva Links into the company's ways of working, building scalable program structures, processes and governance.
• You will join an international team of 10 project and program managers and project support officers, reporting to the product line PMO Manager within the product line Networking Program Management Office.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering. An MBA is a plus.
• 15+ years in automotive or high-tech, with substantial leadership in program, product or general management.
• A record of leading large, cross-functional, multi-site projects with significant budget and revenue responsibility.
• Solid experience with complex system development (hardware, software, validation, qualification) and automotive NPI processes.
• Strong business and financial judgement, balancing strategy, execution and customer needs.
• Deep knowledge of automotive networking, ADAS or IVI systems, or closely related areas.
• Ability to influence at executive level and align diverse stakeholders.
• Structured, analytical and decisive, with a drive for execution excellence and continuous improvement.
• Clear communication, comfortable working in a global, multicultural setting.

Conditions

Base salary range is $220,400 to $303,100 per year. This range applies to California only; actual pay depends on factors such as qualifications, skill level, work location and business needs.
