IAM Sr. Developer, IGA

The company is a Fortune 10 firm in healthcare, known for insights, products and services that make care more accessible and affordable.

The team designs and runs identity security solutions in a complex, highly regulated setting, improving security, compliance and automation of access management.

You will be a senior technical contributor working with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, HR, compliance, audit and business teams to build scalable identity solutions that enforce governance controls and simplify identity lifecycle management across cloud and on-premises environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise Identity Governance & Administration solutions for workforce, contractor and third-party identities.
• Design and develop identity lifecycle processes covering joiners, movers, leavers, provisioning, deprovisioning and access requests.
• Build governance frameworks for role-based access control (RBAC), access certifications, segregation of duties (SoD) and policy enforcement.
• Build, configure, test and deploy SailPoint ISC integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory and custom connector frameworks.
• Hands-on engineering of application onboarding, including account aggregation, entitlements, access profiles, roles and provisioning policies.
• Design and implement automated provisioning and deprovisioning across SaaS, on-premises, hybrid and cloud applications.
• Troubleshoot and fix complex issues in identity synchronization, correlation, aggregation, certification and provisioning.
• Work with business, compliance, audit and technology teams to turn business requirements into identity security controls and governance models.

Requirements

• 7+ years in cybersecurity, identity and access management (IAM), identity governance (IGA) or enterprise security architecture.
• 4+ years with SailPoint ISC or IIQ.
• 2+ years supporting cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS and Google Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience implementing enterprise IGA platforms.
• Experience building integration patterns with SCIM, REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, HR systems and cloud applications.
• Optional: knowledge of identity security automation and workflow orchestration.
• Optional: experience setting up identity governance operating models and architecture standards.
• Optional: familiarity with DevSecOps, security architecture governance and cloud-native security controls.
• Optional: professional certifications such as CISSP, SailPoint or related credentials.
• Optional: experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
• Optional: experience mentoring junior developers.
• Optional: knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and regulatory frameworks including SOX and HIPAA.

Conditions

Minimal travel may be required based on business needs.

Hybrid or remote work may be available under company policy.

You will spend extended periods at a computer and join virtual and in-person meetings.

Pay is based on performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market reviews and location.

Base pay range: $99,100 - $132,100.

An annual bonus or long-term incentive may also be offered.
