Description

The company is a Fortune 10 business in healthcare, supplying insights, products and services that aim to make good care easier to reach and more affordable.

The team is building its analytics capability behind pricing and purchasing decisions.

In this senior business intelligence role you will be the dedicated analytics lead for Purchasing and Pricing, coordinating several enterprise analytics teams while doing hands-on analysis yourself.

You will help set how the company prices, buys and allocates product in a fast-moving secondary wholesale market. The role is highly visible and gives you real independence to set the analytics agenda, work with senior leaders and turn complex data into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Decide which analytics requests to route to enterprise partners and which to build yourself, and set priorities for Purchasing and Pricing.
  • Build the analytical base for modernizing pricing, including segment-based pricing models, margin and price floor logic, competitive positioning and the effect of price changes.
  • Run profitability, cost-to-serve and promotional ROI analysis to find and size margin opportunities.
  • Model inventory investment, allocation and working capital scenarios, and analyze supplier performance and sourcing economics.
  • Build and maintain the standing dashboard, reports and scorecards for Purchasing and Pricing, giving leadership one trusted view.
  • Write business cases and present recommendations directly to senior leadership.
  • Set analytical standards and coach analysts on the Pricing and Purchasing teams.

Requirements

  • A degree is required, and the role typically calls for 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain or a related field is preferred, though a mix of education and experience can be considered instead.
  • 7+ years in business intelligence, business analytics, pricing analytics, revenue management or commercial finance, ideally including work in a matrixed environment.
  • You have coordinated analytics intake, prioritization and delivery across several teams without formal authority.
  • You bring strong pricing and financial modeling skills, including margin dynamics, cost-to-serve and deal economics in B2B.
  • You have advanced Excel skills, working SQL knowledge and experience with at least one visualization platform, Power BI or Tableau.
  • You have turned complex data into clear recommendations and presented them to senior leaders.
  • Pharmaceutical distribution or wholesale experience, including secondary wholesale market dynamics.
  • Experience with SAP, Snowflake or comparable enterprise data environments.
  • Experience designing pricing or allocation decision models and supporting their implementation.
  • Experience building analytics intake, governance or prioritization frameworks from scratch.

Conditions

The role is remote, with travel of up to 30%.

It is also a hybrid position: you are expected to be on-site at the Las Colinas office at least two days a week, working remotely on the other days. In-office days may be set according to team needs and business priorities.

Base salary is $114,200 to $190,400 per year in USD, plus a 15% MIP.

Target total compensation is approximately 130K to 137K, with a 15% MIP.

The grade is P4.

Pay depends on performance, experience and skills, equity, regular market reviews and location, and always complies with applicable regulations.

The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Benefits

  • You receive a competitive compensation package through Total Rewards.
  • Beyond base pay, you may be offered an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities.
