Global AI Platform Manager

Description

The role leads end-to-end operations of the company's enterprise AI platform, which must be secure, reliable, scalable and cost-efficient for global business use.

You will work with cross-functional teams on platform evolution, operational excellence, MLOps, AI security, observability, FinOps and reusable AI capabilities, and lead a global team of platform operations professionals.

Responsibilities

• Run AI platform operations from start to finish, keeping enterprise services secure, scalable and reliable.
• Manage and grow a team spanning platform engineering, MLOps, SRE, FinOps, security and integration support.
• Take ownership of operational excellence, resource planning, workforce development and budget.
• Keep platform services stable, performant and scalable, and make sure the business keeps running.
• Define and govern service catalogs, SLAs, support models, release processes and operational controls.
• Lead AI Ops, MLOps, observability, monitoring, incident management and ongoing service improvement.
• Ensure platform security, identity governance, data protection, compliance and policy enforcement.
• Lead FinOps work, covering cost optimization, capacity planning and spend transparency.
• Deliver reusable platform capabilities, deployment support and shared services for development teams.
• Advise leadership on platform investment, priorities, funding, risk posture and long-term direction.

Requirements

• 10+ years in AI/ML platforms, technology operations or enterprise-scale platform management.
• A proven record of running enterprise AI platforms with strong service reliability, SLA compliance and operational excellence.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft AI Services, cloud platforms, MLOps, SRE practices, observability and platform reliability.
• Experience with FinOps, cloud cost management, capacity planning, chargeback models and consumption optimization.
• Strong knowledge of platform security, identity and access management, and security-by-design.
• Proven experience handling incidents, release governance, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• A track record of leading multidisciplinary technology operations teams in complex global environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to drive end-to-end operations and governance.

Full-time role.
