The company runs a cloud-based search AI platform that combines search and AI across all of an organization's structured and unstructured data. More than 50% of the Fortune 500 use it. Its solutions cover search, security and observability.

The role centers on a telemetry pipeline that serves as the shared ingest layer for observability, security and search. It collects data from any source, processes and routes it, and stores it either in the search engine or in the customer's own object storage. It is built on open standards such as OpenTelemetry and Prometheus.

You will own this pipeline from start to finish and lead the product managers who work on it. The goal is to make the company's platform the easiest place for every solution and every customer to send data.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and roadmap for data collection, ingestion, processing and routing, along with the integrations framework.
• Build self-service data ingestion so that getting the first data in takes minutes.
• Define and monitor KPIs that track product and feature adoption.
• Work with the product leaders for observability, security and search to build one shared service that all of them can use.
• Lead a distributed team of product managers and help them deliver measurable results.
• Set roadmap priorities using input from customers, internal teams and the community.
• Work with engineers and designers to scope and shape strong features.
• Give sales, marketing and partners clear messaging and positioning.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, including 4+ years leading PM teams in data infrastructure, observability or data pipelines.
• Deep technical knowledge of telemetry ingestion, including OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, log processing, routing and agent management.
• Experience shipping SaaS products with usage-based pricing and building platform capabilities that several product lines share.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with the company's core stack is a plus.

Conditions

Pay is base salary only. The role has no variable compensation.

The typical starting base salary range is €130,900 - €207,100 EUR.

The final offer within the range depends on relevant experience, skills and expertise, fit with the role requirements, and the scope and complexity of the position.

Salary ranges are set using external market benchmarks, internal pay equity and the responsibilities of each role.
