You will help deliver high-quality service and support to Freight Payment customers.

Responsibilities

  • Check that documentation and requests follow established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain systems that track projects, plans and data, and give management reports as needed.
  • Write test plans and test new systems and changes to existing ones.
  • Create communication materials so people stay aware of policies, plans, procedures and study or project results.
  • Carry out systems analysis and development work to improve workflow and operating efficiency.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically four or more years of related experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of the policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements for your business unit.
  • Ability to analyze a business need, which includes scheduling meetings, setting agendas and working with business line leaders.
  • Solid understanding of project management and testing methods and procedures.
  • Ability to build test schedules, review test plans, track test issues and report results.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, projects and deadlines at once.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a project team.
  • Clear verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable navigating a range of software, including Microsoft Office applications.

Conditions
