This is a role in a technology firm that is part of a global group. The on-site analyst supports new and existing rollouts of the task management tool, working with business users, project sponsors, senior leaders, and team members to deliver, update, and extend its functions across the Power Platform.

You will be the main contact at the customer site, working closely with senior leadership, business users, and technical staff. Experienced specialists in technology, application development, and project management support you both on-site and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support the Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and other connected Microsoft 365 apps used with the task management tool
• Build complex Power BI reports and dashboards that show analytics, metrics, and insights into tasking behavior
• Set realistic expectations with customers about what the solution can do
• Recommend best practices for setting up Power Apps and the task management tool
• Guide customers through change management for new initiatives
• Teach classroom sessions and give hands-on help to users and staff at their desks
• Revise customer training materials and standard operating procedures
• Create presentations for leadership briefings
• Test new software builds and lead customer adoption
• Build, test, and keep up automation flows that run end-user processes
• Help technical staff with installs, including account creation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Provide administrative support for related tasking processes

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance or higher
• Ability to work on-site 100% of the time
• Ability to earn the Microsoft PL-900 and/or PL-300 certification

Conditions

This role is fully on-site, with daily attendance required and no remote option

As required by local law, the company gives pay ranges for hired roles based on labor costs in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia

The base pay range in those locations is $75,800 - $119,900 USD

Actual pay depends on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and experience
