Description

The company builds AI distribution infrastructure for the services economy, a market of about $10T. Its platform lets service vendors sell quote-based products such as insurance, financing, wealth and software directly inside LLMs like ChatGPT, where buying decisions are shifting. The longer aim is agent-to-agent commerce.

Its first product was the first insurance app that lets people get quotes inside ChatGPT. The launch wiped $79B off the market value of the largest brokers, and the press called it "the industry's ChatGPT moment." Thousands of companies now want their own AI-native storefronts built on the platform.

The team works across the US, Australia, the Middle East, Korea and Europe. It is small.

Responsibilities

  • You are the first hire on growth.
  • The first marketing push was a press release that landed harder than expected. It cost the largest brokers $79B in market value, put AI distribution on the agenda of financial institution boards, and started a fast growth phase. Since then the company has signed partnerships with leading industry names and given keynotes on AI distribution to Fortune 500 executives.
  • One launch is not a system. You will build a repeatable growth engine from the ground up, centred on content: posts, research and commentary that make insurance leaders think of the company first, plus an inbound pipeline that turns that attention into sales meetings. You will find the channels that convert and scale them.
  • In your first year, success means qualified leads from the ideal customer profile reach the pipeline every week, content goes out weekly and industry people share it, the research on how AI assistants discuss insurance becomes a reference, and the engine runs and is documented without you handling every step.
  • Build the engine and write its playbook yourself. Identify which channels work (content, inbound, events, partnerships, outbound), scale them, and hire people to run them as they prove out.
  • Lead the narrative. Produce pieces people want to read: LinkedIn content for the company and its founders, market deep dives, case studies and pointed commentary that position the company as an expert. Publish on a schedule you set.
  • Run outbound to target insurers, from targeting through sequences, with AI automating parts of the work.
  • Design experiments on how AI assistants answer insurance questions, run them on the company's own platform and data, and publish the findings as research people share.
  • Make the company visible to AI. Apply generative engine optimisation to the company itself, and track and increase how often AI models cite it.
  • Own the inbound pipeline: forms, routing, lead scoring and handoff to sales in Attio, with response times sales can rely on.
  • Use data to decide. Stop what does not move results, and direct spend toward the best channels and markets.

Requirements

  • You have built a growth engine from scratch before, ideally at a high-growth startup with a strong inbound motion, while the brand was small and the budget was tight.
  • You write sharp content, from a three-sentence post a CEO would reshare to a 1,000-word article industry leaders pass on. Share the work you are proudest of and what it achieved.
  • You have written outbound sequences that drew replies from senior buyers and booked meetings, and you can show the numbers.
  • You spot experiments worth running, run them quickly, and turn the results into content and decisions.
  • You use AI daily and are curious about how models choose what to cite. Experience with GEO is a plus.
  • You set strategy and also do the hands-on work, and you are ready to hire and lead a team once the engine proves itself.
  • You learn new domains fast. Insurance or financial services experience is a plus. If the domain is new to you, show how quickly you became credible in another regulated industry.
