The company is building AI distribution infrastructure for the services economy, helping service vendors sell quote-based products such as insurance, financing, wealth and software directly inside LLMs like ChatGPT.

Its first product launched the first insurance app that returns quotes inside ChatGPT, which the press linked to a $79B drop in the value of major brokers. Thousands of companies now want their own AI-native storefronts built on the same infrastructure.

The team works across the US, Australia, the Middle East, Korea and Europe from day one. It is small but aims high.

Location: New York. The role can start from Paris.

Responsibilities

• Insurers, lenders and wealth platforms have all arrived at the same view this year: customers now begin their purchase inside an AI assistant.
• Take each client from the initial goal of selling inside ChatGPT to a live, optimized AI storefront that converts. Design the agents, and run workshops to scope, test and get sign-off on each deployment.
• After launch, analyze the data in depth, run experiments and test hypotheses to lift conversion.
• Own the agent design: funnel structure, question order and wording, branching logic, edge cases and the handoff to a human.
• Lead enterprise scoping workshops covering discovery, scope and production sign-off. Balance the P&L sponsor, digital lead and brand lead, who each want different outcomes, and keep the program moving.
• Move from proof of concept to production-grade agent. The proof of concept goes live within four weeks of kick-off, and production within ten weeks of validation.
• Set KPIs for each account across the real funnel (conversation, quote, lead, bound), and define the metrics and the instrumentation behind them. Dig into the data and push improvements through.
• Find new opportunities and use cases to expand each account.

Requirements

• You have designed a conversational or transactional flow yourself and can explain why one question comes before another and what you deliberately removed.
• You can run a meeting where the sponsor wants a date, the digital lead is measured on conversion and the compliance lead is worried about AI risk.
• You can read an API and know what to ask a client's IT team.
• You work directly in raw session data, find where the funnel loses people, and state what to fix first and what to instrument next. You back your arguments with evidence.
• You have presented numbers to a buyer and grown an account because of them.
• You have built something new where none existed: a delivery process, a customer success function or a playbook that became the standard way of working.
• You are comfortable with AI. New tools, unclear problems and automation that multiplies your output feel routine.
