Description

The company builds a visual storytelling platform that combines generative AI models with creative tools so people can make visual stories, worlds and ideas.

This is a full-time Forward Deployed Creative role. You will work directly with enterprise clients such as brands, agencies, studios, marketing teams and other creative organizations, helping their teams onboard, learn the platform, get answers and fold generative AI into their everyday creative work.

This is not a customer success, support or technical solutions job. The core of the role is being a creative professional and teacher, so you need a background in film, television, advertising, marketing, design or production, and you need to know the standards and language those teams use.

You need deep, current hands-on experience with generative AI image and video tools, including the newest models, what they do well, and where they fit into professional production. Prior use of the company's platform is a significant plus, especially if you already use it in your own work. Your first priority is enterprise training. You will also have room to contribute to the company's Studios group on client projects, ideation, workflow design, demos and experiments with new models.

If you enjoy making things with generative AI, teaching, presenting ideas and solving creative problems, this role sits where the product, customers and AI-driven creativity meet.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and training for the company's enterprise clients.
  • Run hands-on training sessions for creative teams at brands, agencies, studios and other organizations, showing them how to use the platform in their own creative process.
  • Teach generative AI through practical creative work, covering image and video generation, character workflows, visual storytelling, model choice, prompting, iteration and other techniques, using real examples.
  • Answer questions during onboarding and give follow-up guidance as teams start using the platform day to day.
  • Adjust your teaching to each team and use case, since a brand team, an agency, a studio and a social team will each work differently.
  • Turn lessons from each onboarding into repeatable frameworks, documentation, demos, best practices and educational resources so the training stays consistently strong as the company grows.
  • Keep up with new image and video models, techniques and capabilities across generative AI, test new approaches and judge where each model is strongest.
  • When you are not on enterprise training, work with the Studios team on client projects, ideation, AI production, demos, prompt and workflow development and new creative techniques.
  • Pass recurring questions, workflow problems and creative opportunities from customers back to the wider team.
  • Present the company confidently in virtual and in-person sessions, workshops, demos and other client settings, explaining creative ideas clearly to groups.
  • Travel to client onboarding, workshops, events or other company initiatives when needed.

Requirements

  • A professional creative background is essential, in film, television, advertising, marketing, design, creative production or a related field. You need a strong eye for visual quality and taste and fluency in the language of creative clients.
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of generative AI image and video tools, including the latest models, their strengths, their limits and suitable creative uses.
  • A portfolio or body of work with strong AI-generated image, video, storytelling, commercial or other creative content.
  • Experience using generative AI as part of a wider professional creative workflow, not just testing single prompts.
  • Ability to read a creative goal and choose the right models, tools, prompts, references and workflow to reach it.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence teaching groups in person and online.
  • Ability to explain complex AI concepts and workflows clearly, practically and in an approachable way.
  • Comfort answering questions and fixing creative problems in real time.
  • Fluent English.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • Stand-out signals: you have worked closely with brands, agencies, studios or enterprise creative teams and understand how their processes really run; you have helped build or improve training programs, onboarding systems, playbooks or educational resources that work beyond one session; you handle open-ended creative problems with no set workflow; you turn what you learn into repeatable processes.
  • Familiarity with the company's platform is a significant plus, especially if you already use it in your creative work.
  • Senior experience is a plus, but exceptional creators and educators with strong creative judgment, initiative and range are also wanted.
  • Soft skills: an educator's mindset and enjoyment of helping others get better; practical problem solving that moves from an idea to the result; clear communication across different audiences; high creative taste and the ability to help others improve their work; curiosity about new models and techniques; adaptability across a sophisticated studio one day and a team new to generative AI the next; resourcefulness and initiative in building processes and resources; collaboration across clients, Studios, product, marketing and other internal teams.
