AI Deployment Strategist

Description

Over the last couple of months it has grown quickly in the home improvement sector and is signing new customers at a fast pace.

The role is to help onboard new home improvement clients and get them to a successful result. You would own customer success for the accounts assigned to you, so this is a role with significant responsibility.

Expect frequent travel, roughly twice a month within the US, as most customers are on the East Coast.

Responsibilities

• Build sales demos on the company's voice AI platform.
• Onboard customers remotely or on site.
• Own customer success for your assigned accounts, including weekly check-in calls.
• Write specialised Python scripts for particular tasks.
• Set up Azure cloud functions.
• Connect the company's technology to customer systems through APIs.

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of full-time work experience after college in a business role, such as consulting or a high-growth startup. Ideally, two of those years are in consulting.
• Have a background in computer science or solid Python coding skills.
• Have 3+ years of experience overall.
• Speak and write English natively with a high level of mastery.
• Communicate clearly and well.
• Be willing to travel often within the US.
• Be willing to work hard.
• Note: former software engineers should not apply. The role suits people who have worked mainly in business roles but have some technical background.
• Visa: open only to US citizens or holders of a US visa.

Conditions

Travel is expected about twice a month within the US.
