Description

The company builds AI security agents that find and fix critical software vulnerabilities, including zero-days, in large customer codebases and widely used open source software.

The founding team has deep experience in data, infrastructure, security and LLMs, including technical leaders from DeepMind, Databricks, Square and Faire.

The company wants technically minded people who enjoy the overlap of AI, security and infrastructure.

This role builds the field marketing program from the ground up. You will set the strategy and run it, growing brand awareness through standout presences at big industry trade shows and generating pipeline through the company's own events and smaller trade shows and local events.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run the company's first Black Hat presence, including a standout experiential booth for awareness and smaller events during the conference that generate pipeline.
  • Build a repeatable event program covering invite-only executive dinners for target accounts, thought leadership events hosted with security partners and customers, partner roadshows and co-marketing events, and regional conferences.
  • Work with BDRs and AEs to pick target accounts, secure attendance, book meetings and move deals forward after events.
  • Write invitations, landing pages, email sequences, reminders and post-event follow-ups.
  • Own every part of event operations: budget, venue and vendor selection, logistics, staffing and onsite execution.
  • Create a scalable field playbook with templates, outreach workflows, run-of-show documents, budget tiers, staffing plans and reporting.

Requirements

  • You have 5 to 12 years of B2B field marketing experience and have run events that raised brand awareness and produced pipeline.
  • You have taken events from targeting and outreach through registration, logistics, onsite work and follow-up on your own.
  • You have worked in a strong field marketing team and can rebuild that quality at a startup.
  • You work well on your own.
  • You collaborate well across teams, especially with sales (BDRs, AEs) and leadership.
  • You set measurable goals, track them and report results clearly.
  • Bonus: experience in cybersecurity.
  • Bonus: experience with partner and channel co-marketing.
  • Bonus: experience building a field program from scratch at a high-growth startup.

Conditions

The role is based at the San Francisco office, where the company is located.

Equal opportunity: the company does not discriminate on any basis protected by law.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary plus meaningful equity.
  • Health, vision and dental insurance.
  • Lunch and dinner provided at the SF office.
  • Real ownership and substantial room to grow as the company scales.
