Envista Product Manager, IT Digital & eCommerce (Quakertown, PA)

Description

You will own digital products from first idea through launch, working with developers, QA and DevOps so the products meet customer needs and business goals.

The work centres on end-to-end digital experiences built on Acquia DXP (Drupal), Adobe Commerce (Magento) and connected digital ecosystem components.

Responsibilities

• Help define the product vision and strategy with business partners.
• Build and maintain a product roadmap that matches business goals.
• Plan, run and oversee product development projects, managing timelines, budgets and resources so work finishes on time and in scope.
• Research the market and competitors to find customer needs, opportunities and threats, and gather and analyze business requirements for the product team.
• Work with designers on user-centred product designs and run user tests to improve usability.
• Use data analytics to measure product performance, track KPIs and adjust strategy.
• Keep stakeholders aligned, collect their feedback and share project updates and progress.
• Run agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, weekly status, monthly steering committee meetings and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in product management, business analysis and project management.
• Experience with Acquia DXP / Drupal CMS and Adobe Commerce (Magento).
• Experience working with global teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions.
• Knowledge of data analytics and user experience design.
• Preferred: MBA or advanced degree.
• Preferred: experience in digital product development.
• Preferred: understanding of APIs, integrations and microservices architecture.

Conditions

Location: Quakertown, PA.

Corporate operating company.

Salary range: $99,300 - $121,400, based on base pay estimates that have not been adjusted for the geographic differential of the location where the role may be filled.

Actual pay depends on factors such as location, skill set, education, certifications, depth of experience, performance and business needs, and hiring at or near the top of the range is not typical.

For field sales roles, the range covers base pay only and excludes incentive pay under the sales compensation plan.
