Description

The company is a global infrastructure firm that works in water, environment, energy, transportation and buildings for public and private clients. It is a Fortune 500 company with over 50,000 staff and fiscal 2025 revenue of $16.1 billion.

You are invited to an invitation-only hiring event in Boston on October 21 and 22, 2026, to learn about the company and meet its people about early career roles starting in spring or summer 2027.

The Boston architecture team is hiring an architectural design intern. The practice covers aviation, transit, research and science, higher education, and federal, state and local government work. Recent projects have won multiple awards.

The team works in a quick-moving, client-focused and collaborative design setting. It works with other practices in the East region and is home to the East design and urban design leaders. Developing staff toward licensure is a priority, and using technology to improve production and construction quality matters to the team.

The event starts Wednesday evening with a networking mixer where you can hear from staff about projects, career paths and the company, and meet students, recent graduates and professionals from across the business lines. Interviews take place at the Boston office on Thursday.
