Description

The company is hiring a design graduate to join the design team for the TOPSHOP brand, now the Topshop brand under the new structure, gaining hands-on experience in a busy fashion business.

You will support Designers, Senior Designers and the wider team in building the product range across several categories. The work covers trend research, concept development, product creation and fittings, so you see the whole design process while building your creative and technical skills.

The role suits someone who is well organised, curious about creative ideas and keen to learn from an experienced team.

The brands, TOPSHOP and TOPMAN, are British fashion labels with 60 years of history, headquartered in London. They reach over 2 million customers worldwide through a parent retailer's platform and generate brand sales of about £200m.

A joint venture formed in October 2024 led to a standalone cross-functional team being set up to grow the two brands. They can now use the parent group's infrastructure and resources while keeping the creative independence of standalone labels.

Over the next 12 months the brands plan to expand their store and online presence, launch a dedicated website and form new wholesale partnerships.
