Description

The company is creating this role new, and it will shape how the sales enablement team approaches learning in future.

You will design the microlearning system for sales enablement, building quick, modular, AI-supported content that keeps pace with the business.

Onboarding is run as a designed, measured program rather than routine upkeep. You will be the main content source for the whole team, working with the Sales Trainer on programs and with the Director on the team's learning model.

In year one, onboarding should be rebuilt as a role-specific, measured path with a documented ramp baseline and target. An AI-assisted pipeline should take content from idea to deployment in days. A microlearning library should be in use across all four workstreams, with regular effectiveness reporting. Highspot should have a steady content, page, and play cadence, an easier structure, and measurably higher seller use.

Responsibilities

  • Create microlearning across four workstreams: commercial and tech stack, sales playbooks, the seller's role, and onboarding.
  • Redesign onboarding as a personalized, role-specific path built to shorten ramp time.
  • Set up AI-assisted content workflows so an idea can become trained material within days, not weeks.
  • Co-design programs with the Sales Trainer, who brings field knowledge and delivery skill while you bring learning architecture and production.
  • Manage the learning technology stack and make content work in Highspot, the LMS, Slack, and in-flow delivery.
  • Track effectiveness through completion rates, assessment scores, and downstream productivity.
  • Keep up with AI-driven learning tools and propose new ones to the team.
  • Own the content structure and design of the Highspot enablement platform, including plays, pages, and onboarding programs, so sellers can find what they need and use it while working.

Requirements

  • Required: 5+ years in instructional design, learning experience design, or content strategy with a sales enablement focus.
  • Required: Solid grounding in microlearning design, spaced repetition, and current LXD frameworks.
  • Required: Hands-on use of AI-assisted authoring and rapid authoring platforms such as Articulate, Arist, or equivalent.
  • Required: A proven record of designing onboarding programs, not only maintaining them.
  • Required: Visual and UX skill to make content engaging as well as informative.
  • Required: Experience putting learning into seller workflow tools such as Highspot, Slack, and Salesforce.
  • Preferred: Background in a high-growth SaaS or legal tech environment.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the e-discovery market or the company's product ecosystem.
  • Preferred: Experience building a content production system from scratch rather than inheriting a mature one.
  • Skills: change management, content development, facilitation, leadership, process improvement, program management, project management, stakeholder management, strategic planning, vendor management.

Conditions

Hybrid work model.

Expected base salary is between $116,000 and $174,000.

The final offer depends on experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Offers at the top of the range are uncommon, to leave room for future pay growth.

The company aims for competitive, fair, and equitable pay practices.

Benefits

  • Eligible for an annual performance bonus.
  • Eligible for long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
