Description

The company is in a digital transformation and is reorganising its Product team around digital products as central to the business.

The company gets over 2.5 billion visits a year, has more than 23 million active customers and over 50 million unique visitors a month.

You would join one of several product development areas, working with cross-functional teams on real customer problems through experimentation and data-driven decisions, using AI to shape how customers shop for fashion online.

The team is building an immersive, personalised, outfit-based shopping experience that works more like a personal stylist than a standard product grid, aiming to make the app a top destination for finding your next look.

The company is the company, an online retailer for fashion lovers worldwide, and it has a strong focus on its people being free to be themselves.

Responsibilities

  • Own native mobile design from first discovery through to launch, measurement and iteration.
  • Design reusable patterns and components that can scale across the mobile product, deciding when to use the design system and when to extend it.
  • Build prototypes early and often in Figma, in code or with AI-assisted tools so ideas feel real to the team and stakeholders.
  • Apply native platform craft, including iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design, with precise execution and close attention to motion and interaction.
  • Work with product managers, engineers, business partners and stakeholders to deliver end to end, and take ownership of how well your initiatives perform.
  • Run and use quantitative and qualitative research to test design choices and keep decisions based on customer needs.
  • Use AI tools in your own work for exploration, prototyping and production, and help the wider team build the same skills.
  • Advocate for the user and raise accessibility standards across everything you ship.
  • Understand the technology, data and business logic behind your designs and work within those constraints.
  • Explain design decisions, trade-offs and research findings early and clearly, and use that to influence stakeholders.
  • Keep up with new AI capabilities, native platform updates and emerging interaction patterns, and apply them to your work.

Requirements

  • Significant experience designing native mobile products, with deep knowledge of iOS and/or Android conventions and a portfolio showing real craft beyond wireframes.
  • A systems thinker who can design a single flow and the scalable pattern behind it, so the wider team works faster.
  • Prototype to think and to sell ideas, preferring working examples over static decks.
  • Use AI tools every day in your own design process and enjoy designing new patterns for AI-driven experiences.
  • A strong record in user research and experimentation, turning quantitative and qualitative insights into confident design decisions.
  • Expert in Figma and modern prototyping tools, with experience building and evolving design system patterns.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, able to explain design rationale and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and open to growth in a fast-moving, product-led environment.
  • Visibly care about the customer and about shipping work that is both beautiful and effective.
  • Additional information is listed in the posting.
