Engineering Recruiter (6-month contract) - Dallas, TX

The company is growing and expanding internationally, backed by financial strength and profitability. Its AI-driven solutions serve large enterprises facing operational constraints and shifting markets.

The team is scaling its Engineering organization and needs a contract recruiter who can start quickly and work directly in technical searches.

Responsibilities

• Run the full recruiting process for Engineering roles, from kickoff to close.
• Work with hiring managers to clarify their needs and build a sourcing plan for each search.
• Source actively, contact passive candidates, and screen applicants yourself.
• Handle several Engineering searches at the same time.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting engineering talent, with a hands-on approach.
• Organized and responsive, with the ability to handle demanding technical searches.
• Ability to get up to speed quickly in a fast-moving environment.
• Workday experience is highly preferred.
• Use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to improve sourcing, research, outreach, or recruiting workflows is a plus.

Conditions

Six-month contract position based in Dallas, TX.
