Description

The company is building agentic AI for its field operations and support teams, including a real-time decision engine that suggests the next best action.

You will help deploy intelligent agents that run that engine, working at the leading edge of enterprise AI on critical operational tools.

Responsibilities

  • Build, run and maintain stateful multi-agent AI workflows with LangGraph and LangChain that automate complex decisions.
  • Design and tune data architectures that connect Neo4j graph databases with search and caching layers, and use Pandas to clean data, engineer features and process unstructured datasets.
  • Write backend services and APIs in Node.js and Python, and add edge-compatible voice wake-up and speech processing to mobile apps used by field technicians.
  • Use PyTorch and TensorFlow to build, fine-tune and evaluate machine learning models for natural language processing and decision flows.
  • Automate build and deployment pipelines with Jenkins and Docker to ship scalable microservices.
  • Write production-grade code, take part in code reviews, and work with teammates to turn prototype AI models into reliable applications.

Requirements

  • You bring a solid technical base in AI and ML, hands-on work with current GenAI frameworks, and an interest in long-term career growth in the local community.
  • You need a bachelor's degree or at least one year of relevant experience, which can come from work or military service.
  • You have experience in software engineering or systems engineering with AI/ML development.
  • Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related technical field.
  • Python and Node.js for backend development and API integration.
  • Exposure to voice recognition, keyword spotting (KWS), or voice wake-up word detection.
  • Elasticsearch for vector search and Redis for caching.
  • Hands-on experience building multi-agent AI systems with LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Graph databases such as Neo4j, and Pandas for data manipulation.
  • Jenkins for CI/CD, Docker for containerization, and Git for version control.
  • You are encouraged to apply even if you do not meet every 'even better' qualification above.

Conditions

This is a hybrid role with a set work location: you work from home and spend at least three days per week in the office, as your manager sets.

Employees must follow the hybrid work policies.

The role is 40 hours per week.

Salary depends on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.

This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more.

For part-time roles, pay is adjusted to your hours.

Benefits

  • Health and wellness options include medical, dental and vision, short- and long-term disability, basic and supplemental life insurance, AD&D insurance, identity theft protection, pet insurance, and group home and auto insurance.
  • A matched 401(k) savings plan.
  • Up to 8 company-paid holidays and up to 6 personal days per year.
  • Paid parental leave, adoption assistance, and tuition assistance, plus other incentives.
  • Premium pay such as overtime, shift differential, holiday pay and allowances, depending on the role.
  • New hires receive up to 15 days of vacation per year, which grows with service.
  • Part-time coverage varies, since some benefits depend on individual circumstances.
