The team is hiring a project manager with solid experience in IT project management methods to help deliver its technology initiatives.

As Embedded Payments Onboarding Manager, you will run the full onboarding process for strategic partners and clients who are adding embedded payment solutions to the company's banking platform.

You will be the main contact between internal teams (product, compliance, risk, operations) and external partners, including fintechs, platforms and enterprise clients, so that onboarding is smooth, compliant and able to scale.

  • Walk partners through technical integration, the company's processes, risk reviews and regulatory requirements.
  • Find and carry out improvements to onboarding workflows, documentation and the partner experience.
  • Make sure onboarding work follows banking regulations, company policy and internal risk frameworks.
  • Send senior leadership regular updates on onboarding progress, risks and key metrics.
  • Coach junior onboarding managers and help build onboarding best practices and playbooks.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to five years of project management experience.
  • Experience onboarding clients, implementing solutions or supporting partners in banking, fintech or payments is preferred.
  • A solid grasp of embedded finance, APIs and digital payment ecosystems is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as BSA/AML, PCI-DSS, NACHA and FFIEC is preferred.
  • A track record of running complex projects with many stakeholders is preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of your assigned business line or functional area is preferred.

Conditions

You will work from a company location at least three days per week.

The company will accommodate disabilities during the application and hiring process on request; see its accommodations page for applicants.

  • Short-term and long-term disability cover.

  • Paid vacation of two to five weeks, depending on salary grade and tenure.
  • Up to 11 paid holiday opportunities.
