Description

The company is building out its Americas Amazon marketing team and is looking for a manager who knows Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and data analysis. The role focuses on analyzing large datasets and turning them into recommendations on how to grow the company's business on Amazon.com.

You will report to the Senior eCommerce Performance Marketing Manager and work with marketing colleagues across global, brand and product teams, as well as external agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the paid media function with Amazon Ads, surfacing data-driven strategic options for the Executive Leadership team with a focus on optimizing paid media spend by region.
  • Work with marketing teams to make paid media spending more efficient, and build reports and analyses that frame and guide decisions.
  • Create KPIs and scorecards that track initiative progress and performance, keeping the team focused on results and execution.
  • Produce custom reports and analyses that shape paid and organic strategy both on and off Amazon.
  • Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings and customer reviews.
  • Build reports and dashboards that share insights and lessons across global, brand, product and executive teams.
  • Lead and contribute to an agile test-and-learn workflow.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience with Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Amazon DSP (demand side platform), with exposure to Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC).
  • Expert-level skill in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Some working knowledge of PowerBI or other data visualization software.
  • Ability to propose and carry out solutions, not just point out problems.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data and analytics.
  • Strong communication, presentation, collaboration and writing skills.
  • Able to work independently with little to no supervision.
  • Project management experience is preferred.

Conditions

Location: El Segundo, California.

Salary range: $100,000 to $120,000.

The company is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer and maintains a drug-free workplace.

Benefits

  • Competitive market-based salary plus a performance-based bonus.
  • Full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits.
