E-Front Senior Business Analyst - Private Capital

Description

You will join a long-term programme for a top-tier banking client that uses and integrates eFront, the BlackRock platform for alternative investments such as private equity, real estate and private debt, with the client's core systems.

Its main practice areas are data and technology, cloud and application services, and management and innovation consulting. Its clients include organisations in transport and logistics, financial services, energy and utilities, retail, and media and telecommunications.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse requirements from business stakeholders, IT teams and the vendor, then turn them into functional specifications.
• Take ownership of the functional design for eFront solutions and their links to upstream and downstream systems.
• Write up changes, set acceptance criteria, and assess impact and cost-benefit.
• Prepare test plans and test data, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Help investigate production incidents and find their root causes.

Requirements

• Mandatory: proven hands-on experience with eFront Invest (FrontInvest).
• Mandatory: 5+ years as an IT Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in financial services.
• Mandatory: solid understanding of private equity and real estate, fund administration, closed-ended fund structures, capital calls and distributions.
• Mandatory: SQL skills for data analysis.
• Mandatory: fluent English at C1 level.
• Experience with the eFront Data Warehouse and eFront reporting.
• Knowledge of UCITS, FA, TA and custody.
• Experience working in Agile teams using Jira and Confluence.

Conditions

Hybrid working based in Warsaw. Commuting or relocating there is required.

Long-term employment contract.
